【實名制相關規定】
演唱會開賣前幾日，務必完成拓元售票的會員註冊與認證，且務必「確認」會員相關資料是否正確及完整，有空格及缺字將影響您的入場，如有疑問請提早寄信聯繫拓元客服，請注意，切勿使用暱稱或他人資料。每位會員每場次限購2張，同筆訂單不可跨場訂購，可支援行動裝置購票。每筆訂單的第一張票券，系統會自動帶入購票會員的姓名，且不得修改。同筆訂單的其他張票券，請於10分鐘內，謹慎輸入完整且正確的入場者姓名，須與個人證件完全一致，一旦送出便無法修改，演出日於各驗票口皆會查驗。同一場次，若有第二筆以上訂單，第一張票券仍會自動帶入購票會員的姓名，且無法修改，僅能於購票日後3天內提出退票申請，逾期無法受理。如果同一筆訂單中有不同票價，第一張票券系統會自動帶入購票會員的姓名，無法提供票價和座位的挑選和修改，建議不同票價請分開訂票。送出訂單前請特別注意，避免影響入場權益。一旦完成訂單，不接受任何理由要求修改、更正或補填姓名，僅能於購票日後3天內提出退票申請，逾期無法受理。若事後發現姓名填寫錯誤，或是未填寫所以顯示空白，證件號碼亦非姓名，請於購票後3天內提出退票申請，逾期無法受理。請務必於送出訂單前，再三確認入場者資料是否正確。姓名僅限「繁體中文」或「英文」，非台灣人士請填寫「護照姓名（英文）」。請務必與證件資料完全一致，不同者將無法入場。- 繁體中文，字數請小於７個字；- 英文，字數請小於25個字母，建議用全小寫輸入，英文大小寫混合或中英混合系統將自動判定長度。空格等於英文1個字母，同時請避免使用特殊符號與字元。- 若姓名超過上述長度，請自行刪除後段超過長度的部份，再送出即可。票面上『證件姓名』若未填寫顯示空白，或填寫成證件字號，將視同「因個人因素申請退票該張票券，退票會酌收5%退票手續費。」演出當日於各驗票口，將會核對每張票券上印製的姓名是否與持票者本人及其證件皆相符，請務必攜帶『票面姓名本人有效、且附照片之個人證件正本』，台灣人士請攜帶：身分證、健保卡、駕照擇一；非台灣人士的外籍人士請憑護照作為核驗之依據，非上述有效證件恕無法受理，現場工作人員確認無誤後方可入場，若證件非正本(含圖檔、照片、影本等）、證件無照片、姓名有誤、姓名處為空白或填寫其他資料、證件照片非本人等，包含但不限於上述者皆無法入場，亦無法提供任何其他方式驗證入場。請務必特別注意，以免影響您的入場權益因本場次為全場實名制，為維護您的權益，請勿向他人購買本場次票券，屆時將無法入場。如未依規定進行購票，主辦單位將保留取消該筆訂單之權利。實名制票券，僅限票面姓名相符的持票者本人使用，故不得轉讓或轉售他人，若因此致使他人無法入場，請自負相關法律責任。【Real Name Registration Requirements】
Please ensure that you complete membership registration and verification on the tixcraft ticketing system before the on sales date, and make sure your member information is correct and complete. (Do not use nickname or someone else's information!)Each member is allowed to purchase up to 2 tickets per event. Orders cannot span multiple events, and mobile devices are supported for purchasing tickets.The system will automatically fill in the name of the member for the first ticket in each order, and this cannot be changed. For each additional ticket in the same order, you must carefully enter the full and correct name of the attendee within 10 minutes. The name must exactly match the attendee’s ID, and once submitted, it cannot be changed. Identity verification will be conducted at the entrance on the event day.Please note when booking your tickets, if you place multiple orders for the same event, the first ticket in each order will also automatically use the member’s name, and this cannot be changed. If your order contains different ticket prices, the system will automatically assign the member’s name to the first ticket, and ticket price or seat selection cannot be changed. We recommend placing separate orders for different ticket prices. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days after the purchase, and late submissions will not be accepted.Once the order is submitted, no corrections, modifications, or additional information can be made for any reason. Please ensure that all attendee’s names are correct before submitting your order. If the name is later found to be entered incorrectly, left blank, or if non-name data was entered in the name field, the only option will be to request a refund within 3 days after purchase. Late requests will not be accepted. Please double-check all attendee information before submitting your order.Names must be entered in either " Traditional Chinese " or "English." Non-Taiwanese (foreigners) should use the name on their passport (in English).- Traditional Chinese names should be fewer than 7 characters,- English name should be fewer than 25 letters. It is recommended to enter it in all lowercase. Mixed-case or mixed-language entries will be automatically counted for length by the system. Spaces count as one letter, and special symbols or characters should be avoided.- If your name exceeds the limit, delete the extra characters at the end before submitting.If the "ID Name" field on the ticket is left blank or filled in with an ID number instead of a name, it will be regarded as a personal refund request. A 5% refund processing fee will be charged.On the event day, the name printed on each ticket will be checked against a valid photo ID (National ID card, NHI card, driver’s license, or passport; foreign nationals must present a passport) at the entrance. Only those whose names and IDs match the attendee will be allowed to enter. Copies, photos, screenshots, IDs without photos, mismatched names, other data instead of the real name, or photos that do not match the person will result in denied entry.As this event uses full real-name authentication, to protect your rights, do not purchase tickets from others. Unauthorized tickets will not grant entry. The organizer reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with these regulations.Real-name tickets can only be used by the person named on the ticket. They cannot be transferred or resold.
